Judging System MOSIFF.
Two round Judging System
The winning film and 10 films with the highest amount of votes will receive a live screening at the next MOSIFF Festival. First day - Semifinals films with the highest amount of vote and Finals second.

- Round - Crowd round. Selected movies are published in youtube MOSIFF collection. Ten(10) movies with the highest amount of votes move to second round, the Judging Round.
- Judging Round. The film are reviewed by our judges.
